Anthropomundus System

Description

The first Anthropomundus update in a long time, and a big one this is!

Anthropomundus was, in fact, not a single planet, but a doublet in what was once a binary planet system in the early years of the Pyr System, akin to the disgraced world Pluto and its companion Charon. While Earth was smashed into by another planet in its infancy, resulting in the formation of its sole natural satellite, Luna, Anthropomundus was luckily spared from this fate -- only that another planet slammed into its orbital companion, Klymene, itself resulting in the formation of two new, smaller planets, Prometheus and Epimetheus, as well as a much smaller satellite, Aetus, which orbits the two.

Because of Anthropomundus's orbital configuration, seasonal changes are rather extreme; Anthropomundus becomes a global hothouse at its perihelion, while it regresses into a brief ice age away at its aphelion.

Moons orbiting moons?
Awesome idea! I'm sure it exists somewhere in the universe.
